In this round-robin type swap you'll receive a package full of seeds. You can remove any seeds you'd like as long as you replace them with other (non-genetically modified) seeds and pass it on to the next player. I save all the seeds from my garden so I am definitely in on this! The host doesn't say but I would imagine this is US only due to restrictions on mailing plant material and seeds.
