Postage Increase

Some of you frequent mailers probably already know this but I thought I'd just get the word out that United States Postal Service rates will be going up in May. First Class stamps will be moving up to 44 cents each and everything else will also be increasing, to see the whole list you can check out there website.

Postmaster General John E. Potter has also asked that requirement that the U.S.P.S. deliver mail six times a week be lifted in case they need to nix Saturday Service in order to stem the tide of loss they have seen in the past year. That is not to say for sure that Saturday Delivery is a goner but it might be in the future of USPS delivery.
