International Random ATC Swap
Swap date: January 17, 2009
What a neat idea for the organization of a swap! Mail up to 3 ATCs to the host along with a stamped self-addressed envelope for each one you send. The ATCs are put into a box, the envelopes are put into another box. Then ATCs are drawn and one put into each envelope, giving you a random selection!
